A redesign boosting investor confidence, simplifying navigation, and turning the group’s portfolio into an impactful story
Most commonly known for its real estate projects, Filinvest was determined to strengthen their identity its established real estate foothold. They needed a website that would give site visitors a clearer view of Filinvest as a Filipino conglomerate with its multi-sectoral portfolio having stakes in so many industries.
We saw opportunity in highlighting Filinvest’s presence in the local economy under one cohesive identity —ensuring that customers and partners could easily recognize the full scope of what the group offers, and even incite curiosity.
Right from the homepage, we wanted to build upon narrating their portfolio through human-focused visuals showing its impact towards the Everyday Filipino.
From real estate and banking to hospitality, power, agriculture, and infrastructure, we sought to tie these different businesses under Filinvest’s wing. The homepage acts as a visual network of these portfolio companies, we also wanted to translate this depth through gradients and deep tones around the photos.
As a corporate site that reaches the general public and distinct audiences such as investors, Filinvest’s key pages for financial highlights, sustainability and other landing pages present themselves as mini information hubs. Sub-navigation within the Investor Relations page provide analysts and regulators with the disclosures they need, while casual browsers are led seamlessly throughout the site with multiple recirculation entry points.
