Rebuilding the online experience for Yellow Cab’s 15th—faster ordering, tastier promos, and a fresh rewards program to match their iconic pies
When Yellow Cab Pizza celebrated its 15th anniversary, we partnered with Max’s Group to transform their digital experience—matching their bold rebrand with a delivery website as vibrant as their pizzas, yet effortless to use.
We produced a fresh website powered by a scalable and robust design system, all while maximizing an exciting collection of photos and brand elements.
We rebuilt the journey from craving to checkout, streamlining intuitive navigation with the three core functions: Delivery, Pick-up, and E-party. Crisper typography improved readability; while strategically placed buttons guided users smoothly toward conversion.
The upgraded checkout didn’t just process orders—it learned from them. Customers could now track orders in real time, save addresses for repeat visits, and customize deliveries down to the minute. For regulars, this meant fewer clicks and more time debating their favorite combo or maybe try a new item.
A great pizza site should make you hungry at first glance. We spotlighted New York’s Finest® like the celebrity it is, with limited-time offers and playful category tags. Prices got a visual glow-up too, so deals were impossible to ignore—like that last slice you "save" but end up eating anyway.
With the site redesign also came with launching the You Do You Rewards, Yellow Cab’s first loyalty program. We gamified the order process — collect three receipts, score a free pizza — users also got emailers that tracked their progress towards each sweet deal.
