J.Vaz.Co. came to us looking to redesign their website to help establish their foothold in the global construction and contractor space — to add their voice of expertise to the existing offerings — and in the end generate leads. An added layer to the project was J.Vaz.Co.’s highly technical business nature had to be communicated intricately to a target audience of architects and engineers, while still considering the everyday site visitor outside of the industry.
Through a stakeholder interview to align directions, the J.Vaz.Co. team, right from the get go, knew what direction they wanted to steer this redesign to. To establish themselves as an industry leader — globally. They wanted to also add a layer of credibility as a source of expertise and information about concrete solutions within the country and the world.
Aligning their goals with our insights from analyzing the industry’s players, we envisioned the new website will showcase elements that reflect the heart and soul of the company, highlighting their advocacy for Filipino craftsmanship and artistry while maintaining the gold standard of excellence in the industry.
As a frontrunner in the concrete industry, we wanted J.Vaz.Co.’s standards of processes to ripple from their content through intentional curation and visuals, through to the rest of the industry.
Inspired by the J.Vaz.Co. team’s intentional philosophy, we bridged this visually through angular elements, and well-curated photos and videos of their past works/affiliations. We looked for photos of projects that depicted scale and detail, while still evoking diversity in the kinds of projects — from residential, to institutional, to commercial and even recreational.
