Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Owner who possesses business and technical knowledge to review workflow, documentation and user surveys, and analyze data to identify a solution to a business issue. He/she will take charge of requirements documentation in several forms like flowcharts and UML notation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Communicates with project stakeholders and develop the business requirements
- Acts as the liaison between the end-user and the project team
- Monitors projects’ progress and performance including data derived from test results
- Submits regular reports on projects’ progress to stakeholders
- Recommends project improvements based on user feedback and/or latest industrytrends
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong background in web development projects like custom CMS and E-Commerce websites
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities and writespecifications
- Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
